Depends on airline, whether you are going you are going to do a single engine taxi etc. Easyjet, SAS and a few other operators start 1 first no matter what though

Why are the landing lights are retracted so early under Fl100
There is no rule that states they have to be on/off below 10.000ft. They are commonly turned off on the Airbus as they create a lot of drag, increasing fuel consumption by almost 2%. So it's for economical reasons. They are typically turned on again on final approach

By any chance, do you know if that first officer was on this flight too?
It almost looks like they had to cut or blast the top third of the mountain off just to build the airport. The approach coming in from the west *is* spectacular but the arrival end of runway 11 is right at a steep drop off. On final, you are hovering at 700 feet above the Adriatic Sea and the beaches and 10 seconds later -- *wham!* You are on the runway. :)

What are the differences in cockpit between neo and ceo?
Virtually none, the NEO has slightly different engine parameters so there will be some differences on the ECAM mostly. Other than that, not big difference
Wow commercial airliners are so quiet these days compared the the days of the boeing 707. Even the earlier high bypass turbofans were louder.

With that kind of beautiful views I must say less than 3 minutes of actual flight was a disappointment. Way to much taxi time for me but truly loved the views once airborne, good job!
